Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be 13 or older (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and device secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to manipulate stamps, rewards, or referrals is prohibited.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

2. The Service

Zyloyal provides a loyalty programme connecting customers with participating independent shops. Stamps, rewards, Zyperks, and offers are provided by participating merchants and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Stamps and rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated and are non-transferable.

3. Merchant subscriptions & payments

• Merchant features are offered on paid plans billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Plan limits (number of locations, active Zyperks, team seats, etc.) are enforced per the plan you are on.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to: submit false or fraudulent stamp/redemption activity; scan QR codes or redeem rewards you are not entitled to; share, sell, or reverse-engineer loyalty tokens; abuse, harass, or impersonate other users or merchants; or violate applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Merchant applications

Merchants apply to join and are approved at Zyloyal's discretion based on business legitimacy and documentation. Approval of an application does not guarantee continued listing; Zyloyal may suspend or remove a merchant listing that breaches these Terms or harms the community.

6. User content & grants

You retain ownership of content you submit (listings, posts, images, reviews). You grant Zyloyal a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process that content for operating the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to material you upload and for ensuring it complies with law and third-party rights.

7. Reviews & public profiles

Public profiles and leaderboard entries are controlled by your privacy settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you make public. Zyloyal may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stamps, rewards, or any merchant will remain available. Stamps and rewards may expire according to the terms shown on each card or reward.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zyloyal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of unredeemed stamps/rewards beyond the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. This does not affect rights you may have under consumer law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, fail verification, or pose a risk to the Service. On termination, your access ends; data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy and then deleted or anonymised.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right to your local courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
